Somebody stop me...
I think I have finally found the colors I like. I'm going to post all the swatch pics here again so sorry if I slow down anyone's computer. I'm just entirely too anal and I need someone else to look at these and tell me if the one I've picked is crazy. Ok, so the winner (right now *smile*) is the swatch on top. Let me know what you think. I've knit so many swatches I'm worried that I might not have enough yarn for the actual sweater now! I'm also a few stitches off on gauge (too big), don't really know what I'm going to do about that yet, I'm already using size 1 addi's. Sigh...

Yow. That's a lotta swatching. I'm impressed. Basically I'd say my opinion is meaningless, as you'll be the one knitting it all up. But I'd lean towards a combo of shade contrast and colors that you'll enjoy looking at a lot.
Thanks for the advice :) Everyone seems to like the orange/blue combo but I just don't know if I would actually wear it. I think I'm going to do swatch number one, even if it's not that exciting. Turns out I'm not that exciting either, LOL!
I like the blues - the top one and the bottom one most. The orange contrasts look great, but in the end it IS a sweater and you have to wear it.
I applaud you for doing all of that swatching!!!
I like #1 the best. I think #3 is good, too.
