Weaving in ends

For those of you not looking forward to weaving, I came across this while researching another (non fair-isle) project. Sorry, still getting the hang of blogging protocol so I hope she won't be offended by linking her post here. Happy knitting.

Thanks a bunch!!! This was exactly what I needed :) I tried this technique yesterday and it works fabulously. No more weaving for me!
